Serein Haus

At Serein Haus, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. I value your time and ask that you value mine as well. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me the opportunity to offer that time to another client. Clients who miss two scheduled appointments without proper notice will be required to prepay for all future appointments at the time of booking. Prepaid appointments are non-refundable if canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or in the event of a no-show. Thank you for your understanding, respect, and support of my small business. I truly appreciate you and look forward to providing you with a relaxing experience at Serein Haus.
